Delivery Area

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is not available at this time.

All orders are shipped using trusted UK courier services:

  • Royal Mail

We choose the carrier based on your location, order size, and delivery availability.

Handling Time

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within: 1–2 business days. Business days do not include weekends or UK public holidays. If there is an unexpected delay in processing your order, we will notify you by email.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders typically arrive within: 3–7 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and courier performance.

Please note:

  • Deliveries may be delayed during peak seasons (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.)
  • Weather conditions or courier delays may impact delivery times
  • Remote areas may require extra handling time

Shipping Costs

We offer Free Standard UK Shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.

Order Tracking

Some orders may include tracking depending on the shipping method used. When tracking is available, you will receive a notification email with the tracking number and courier link.

Delivery Attempt & Missed Deliveries

If you are not available when delivery is attempted:

  • The courier may leave a card
  • A redelivery attempt may be scheduled
  • The parcel may be left with a neighbour or in a safe place (courier-dependent)

We are not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by missed attempts.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Parcels delivered to an incorrectly submitted address
  • Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate delivery details

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be charged for re-shipping.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost:

  • Contact us
  • Provide your order number and name
  • We will contact the courier on your behalf and resolve the issue quickly

Lost parcels will be replaced or refunded after courier investigation.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Provide photos of the damaged packaging and product

We will offer:

  • A replacement
  • A refund
  • Or a suitable alternative solution
